These pictures are my granddaughters in a wheat field. I cut the large picture in the shape of Kansas, matted it with deep blue paper and cut around it leaving a narrow mat. The other photos and mats are cut straight and corner rounded. The borders are deep blue gingham matted with solid deep blue. I used sunflower stickers but die-cuts might look better. The ABC stickers are also deep blue. You could do this with most states but some would be difficult because of their shape. (Denny)
